If you have sketches or plans you like if you just want to verbalize what kind of home you are dreaming of, wed like the opportunity to have you sit down with our designer. This communication would set the stage if you decide to build a Converse Timber Frame or Post & Beam home. And this communication between you and the designer would continue throughout the building process. We use the latest in computer technology to create your full set of architectural and working drawings, and we can provide 3D renderings to help you visualize your new home. If you desire, well also assist you with the paperwork involved getting permits, complying with the energy codes, etc. We love the process of designing and then building our customers perfect homes of seeing the whole process through from beginning to end. |
